Prior to launching Ambiq, Rozenberg established Russia corporate, operations and product presence for Flextronics Corp., and during his tenure there, was elected to serve on an Executive Board of the American Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg. Prior to Flextronics, Rozenberg held various senior executive and engineering management positions at Silicon Valley based technology companies, including Solectron, Maxtor, Conner/Seagate, Apple and Quantum. Rozenberg, 48, was born in the former USSR, and moved to the US with his family in 1979.

Most recently held a variety of positions at VeriFone as its EVP/Vice Chairman through a successful IPO. He has held a variety of senior executive level management positions at Sungard Data Systems, Geac Computer Systems, and VeriFone over the past 19 years. Mr. Adams has worked and partnered with many top fortune 100 company executives primarily in the Financial, Information Technology, Services and Retail markets.
